As a Managing Director, Corey is responsible for Client Service. After working in the Audit and Restructuring & Operational Improvement Groups at Plante Moran PLLC, Jeff joined SCA Transaction Services in 2007. Prior to Plante Moran, Jeff graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelors degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and has certification pending as a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).
Robb joined SCA Transaction Services after serving in the assurance group at Ernst & Young for over five years. During his time with Ernst & Young he performed financial statement audits as well as a variety of other assurance services. Robb worked with clients in several industries including real estate development, oil and gas, and cloud-based software. He brings expertise in financial statement analysis, technical accounting, and data analysis.
Robb earned a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from the University of South Carolina. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Nick has almost 20 years of accounting and business experience covering a broad range of industries. He joined SCA Transaction Services in 2019 as an experienced provider of external transaction advisory services and due diligence, having worked in this capacity for BDO for the previous three years. He has experience managing and executing due diligence analyses for both buy-side and sell-side transactions in a range of industries including healthcare, professional services, information technology, and various industrial companies.
Nick's career began at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in their audit practice, and prior to BDO, he was the CFO for a consulting firm and oilfield service start-up. In 2021, Nick left SCA to pursue local CFO opportunities while living in London; in 2024, Nick returned to SCA and is currently based in Boston.
Nick received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Loyola University – New Orleans and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas.
Michael has over 20 years of experience as a CFO, interim CFO and client advisor with a focus on managing turn-around and growth for companies ranging in size from start-ups to large private enterprises. Much of his work has been performed in the environment of proposed or recently completed acquisition transactions including more than 100 projects since joining SCA where he provides clients with financial forecasts, operational assessments, and quality of earnings analyses for buyers, sellers, and lenders.
Prior to joining SCA in 2010, Michael worked with a public accounting firm leading consulting projects as a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). He also spent time as an analyst with several start-up entities.
Michael earned a Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Mario provides buy and sell-side financial due diligence services across a variety of industries, with a primary focus on the industrials space, including manufacturing and construction. Mario's transaction experience spans the lower middle market to large-market deals in the US and Canada. Mario performs a variety of M&A advisory services throughout a transaction's lifecycle, including pre-LOI diligence, quality of earnings assessment, net working capital analysis and negotiation support, purchase agreement review, and post-acquisition accounting support, including post-close working capital true-ups and opening balance sheet preparation.
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services in 2023, Mario was a Manager within Deloitte's M&A Transaction Services group where he served both strategic and private equity clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions, primarily within the healthcare sector. Prior to that, Mario was an Audit Senior in Deloitte's Audit & Assurance group in Detroit, Michigan.
Mario holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Kalamazoo College, is a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan, and is a member of the MICPA. He also maintains an Alteryx Core Designer Certification.
Charlie began his career in the assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. As a member of the assurance group, he audited public companies and provided additional consulting services within the banking and capital markets sectors, including internal controls and technical accounting implementation projects for companies going through initial public offerings.
Charlie’s transaction advisory experience includes both buy-side and sell-side services for private equity firms and corporate clients. Charlie’s industry experience includes manufacturing, consumer services, energy/utilities and financial institutions.
Charlie earned a BSBA in Accounting from Central Michigan University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Michigan.
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, Taylor worked in the financial due diligence group at KPMG. During this time, his work included both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms and corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer goods and retail, industrial manufacturing, software, and technology. Taylor started his career in the assurance group at a regional public accounting firm and later joined KPMG's audit department performing financial statement audits and a variety of other assurance-related services.
Taylor earned a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration both from Georgia College and State University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia.
Jessica joined SCA Transaction Services in 2018 and is responsible for building data books, data analysis, assisting with marketing efforts and developing new client relationships. Prior to joining SCA, Jessica was a consultant for PVS Chemicals where she implemented a financial statement analysis project on the business entities within the company portfolio. Previously, Jessica was an Associate with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, NY where she coordinated firm-wide divisions to establish new lines of business and new product launches at the firm. She began her career as a Technology consultant with Accenture and later as a CDO Trust Administrator for ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank, N.A.
Jessica has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Chemistry from Wheaton College.
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, Stephen worked in the Transaction Advisory Services group at both Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP and Moss Adams, providing both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms and corporate clients across a variety of industries. His work focused on quality of earnings analyses, working capital assessments, and other transaction-related procedures. Stephen began his career in the assurance practice at PwC, performing financial statement audits and other assurance services for public and private companies across multiple industries.
Stephen earned a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, both from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
With over a decade of financial due diligence and accounting advisory experience, Kenny has extensive experience providing transaction services to a wide range of clients, including financial sponsors, corporations and founder-owned businesses. His experience covers multiple industries, with heightened focus on manufacturing, distribution, construction, professional services, business services, and more.
Kenny has contributed to over 150 transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to $300 million. In his current role, Kenny assists clients in all accounting-related aspects of the transaction process, including quality of earnings, net working capital, transaction analytics, purchase agreement support, post-closing submissions and opening balance sheet preparation.
Prior to SCA, Kenny held transaction services roles at Riveron and KPMG. In addition, Kenny began his career at Ernst & Young, performing financial statement audits and assurance services. Kenny earned a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, both from the University of Mississippi and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
Alex has 10 years of professional accounting and finance experience, with a focus on transaction advisory and financial due diligence across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace, and energy. Since joining SCA Transaction Services in 2022, he has led buy and sell-side accounting due diligence engagements for private equity firms and strategic buyers, specializing in quality of earnings analyses and net working capital assessments.
Prior to SCA, Alex was part of the corporate development group at Privia Health, where he evaluated growth initiatives and led financial and operational diligence efforts. He began his career at Ernst & Young in the financial services audit practice and later worked in the transaction services group at a national firm.
Alex earned his MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.

Freddy joined SCA Transaction Services as an experienced deals professional with 18 years of public accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the last 12 of which have been dedicated to advising strategic and financial clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging from small, domestic deals to large, complex, multi-national carve-outs valued at upwards of $5 billion.
Freddy's experience and keen eye for detail have been instrumental in leading teams and advising clients through the complexities of transactions. Throughout his career, Freddy has navigated the intricacies of transactions across various sectors including technology, professional services, consumer products, industrial products and manufacturing, automotive, and chemicals.
Freddy started his career in the Detroit office of PricewaterhouseCooper’s audit assurance practice dedicated to public audit clients in the automotive sector. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Professional Management with an emphasis in accounting from Albion College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Michigan.
Greg has 10 years of financial experience including seven years dedicated to M&A advisory. His career to-date has included buy and sell-side financial due diligence, public and private financial statement audits, SEC Reporting, and financial planning & analysis. Greg started his career within PwC’s assurance practice where he covered Fortune 500 energy and information technology companies before transitioning to financial due diligence with BDO in 2018. Shortly thereafter, Greg joined SCA in 2019.

During this time, he performed quality of earnings and net working capital analyses on both buy-side and sell-side transactions primarily in the software, technology and various other industries. Patrick began his career in the assurance group at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, providing financial statement audit services.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, with a major in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
With over 25 years of deal experience and 33 years of public accounting knowledge, Mike has been involved with over 900 transactions, ranging in size from less than $1 million to over $10 billion.
Prior to founding Sprock Capital Advisory LLC, Mike was an audit partner and one of the founders of the Transaction Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mike founded Sprock Capital Advisory LLC in 2001.
Mike graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration and was designated an Arjay Miller Scholar for graduating in the top 10% of his class. He performed his undergraduate work at the University of Missouri where he earned a BSBA, summa cum laude, with an emphasis in accounting and economics.
