Seth has over 20 years of accounting due diligence, auditing closing balance sheets, audit and other special projects experience. Seth joined SCA Transaction Services in 2008. He has extensive experience performing due diligence for private equity groups and providing middle market companies with a variety of financial, operating and turnaround services.
Previously, Seth worked in the Audit and Management Consulting Groups for Plante Moran PLLC. He earned a BSBA with an emphasis in accounting from Bowling Green State University. Seth is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
Corey’s 18 years of financial leadership experience includes mergers and acquisitions, financial and operational due diligence, valuations, forecasting and business planning.
Corey has executed financial due diligence on over 350 transactions. He has served multi-billion dollar financial buyers and strategic clients in both buy-side and sell-side transactions across various industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Services, Retail, IT, Telecom and Oil & Gas. Corey has executed on over 150 due diligence assignments for healthcare services platforms, ranging from large healthcare delivery systems and hospitals to multi-site clinics and physician practices of varying specialties. He is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and has led international engagements in 14 different countries.
Corey has a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a bachelors degree in accounting from University of Texas at Dallas.
With over 20 years of deal experience and 30 years of public accounting experience, Brad has been involved with over 500 transactions, ranging in size from less than $1 million to over $2 billion. In addition to buy-side project work, Brad has extensive sell-side expertise. Brad’s international deal experience includes transactions in South America, Mexico, Canada, China, Japan, India, Spain, Ireland and the UK.
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, Brad worked in the Transaction Services practices of Ernst & Young, FTI Consulting and BDO, USA LLP. Prior to his Transaction Services roles, Brad spent eight years as an auditor at Deloitte and Touche LLP. Brad graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in accounting due diligence, auditing closing balance sheets and applying specialized data mining tools to extract and analyze financial and operational information.
After working in the Audit and Restructuring & Operational Improvement Groups at Plante Moran PLLC, Jeff joined SCA Transaction Services in 2007. Prior to Plante Moran, Jeff graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelors degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and has certification pending as a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).
Robb joined SCA Transaction Services after serving in the assurance group at Ernst & Young for over five years. During his time with Ernst & Young he performed financial statement audits as well as a variety of other assurance services. Robb worked with clients in several industries including real estate development, oil and gas, and cloud-based software. He brings expertise in financial statement analysis, technical accounting, and data analysis.
Robb earned a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from the University of South Carolina. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Nick has over 15 years of broad accounting and business experience covering healthcare, technology and industrial industries. He joined SCA Transaction Services in 2019 as an experienced provider of external transaction advisory services and due diligence, having worked in this capacity for BDO for the previous three years. He has experience managing and executing due diligence transactions for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, in a broad range of industries including healthcare, oil & gas, and information technology. Nick's career began at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in their audit practice, and prior to BDO, he was the CFO for a consulting firm and oilfield service start-up. In 2021, Nick left SCA to pursue local CFO opportunities while living in London; in 2024, Nick returned to SCA and is currently based in Boston.
Nick received a bachelors degree in accounting from the Loyola University – New Orleans and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas.
Michael has over 20 years of experience as a CFO, interim CFO and client advisor with a focus on managing turn-around and growth for companies ranging in size from start-ups to large private enterprises. Much of his work has been performed in the environment of proposed or recently completed acquisition transactions including more than 100 projects since joining SCA where he provides clients with financial forecasts, operational assessments, and quality of earnings analyses for buyers, sellers, and lenders.
Prior to joining SCA in 2010, Michael worked with a public accounting firm leading consulting projects as a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). He also spent time as an analyst with several start-up entities.
Michael earned a Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, Mario was a member of Deloitte's M&A Transaction Services group where he served both strategic and private equity clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions, primarily within the healthcare sector. In this role, Mario performed a variety of M&A advisory services including pre-deal valuations, quality of earnings assessments, net working capital analyses, and negotiation support. Mario began his career at Deloitte providing audit and assurance services to public and private clients spanning a variety of industries.
Mario has a bachelor's degree in business from Kalamazoo College, is a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan, and is a member of the AICPA.
Charlie began his career in the assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. As a member of the assurance group, he audited public companies and provided additional consulting services within the banking and capital markets sectors, including internal controls and technical accounting implementation projects for companies going through initial public offerings.
Charlie’s transaction advisory experience includes both buy-side and sell-side services for private equity firms and corporate clients. Charlie’s industry experience includes manufacturing, consumer services, energy/utilities and financial institutions.
Charlie earned a BSBA in Accounting from Central Michigan University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Michigan.
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, Taylor worked in the financial due diligence group at KPMG. During this time, his work included both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms and corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer goods and retail, industrial manufacturing, software, and technology. Taylor started his career in the assurance group at a regional public accounting firm and later joined KPMG's audit department performing financial statement audits and a variety of other assurance-related services.
Taylor earned a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration both from Georgia College and State University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia.
Jessica joined SCA Transaction Services in 2018 and is responsible for building data books, data analysis, assisting with marketing efforts and developing new client relationships. Prior to joining SCA, Jessica was a consultant for PVS Chemicals where she implemented a financial statement analysis project on the business entities within the company portfolio. Previously, Jessica was an Associate with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, NY where she coordinated firm-wide divisions to establish new lines of business and new product launches at the firm. She began her career as a Technology consultant with Accenture and later as a CDO Trust Administrator for ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank, N.A.
Jessica has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Chemistry from Wheaton College.
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, Kenny worked in the Transaction Services groups at KPMG and another national firm. During this time, his work included both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms and corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, oilfield services and technology. Kenny started his career in the assurance group at Ernst & Young performing financial statement audits and a variety of other assurance-related services.
Kenny earned a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting both from the University of Mississippi. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, Alex worked in the corporate development group at Privia Health, where he evaluated potential opportunities for growth and development, led engagements on financial and operational due diligence, and developed financial forecast models, among other responsibilities. Alex began his career at Ernst and Young, providing audit services in the financial services industry. He then worked in the Transaction Services group at a national firm, performing quality of earnings and net working capital analyses on both buy-side and sell-side transactions primarily in the healthcare industry as well as SaaS, energy, manufacturing, and professional services.
Alex earned his MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting both from Indiana University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, David worked in the Transaction Services group at a regional firm for over three years. During this time, his work included both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms and corporate clients, across various industries including healthcare, construction, manufacturing and distribution. David began his career in the assurance group at Ernst and Young performing financial statement audits and other assurance-related services for public and private clients spanning several industries.
David earned a Master of Accountancy & Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Patterson School of Accountancy at the University of Mississippi. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee.
Freddy joined SCA Transaction Services as an experienced deals professional with 18 years of public accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the last 12 of which have been dedicated to advising strategic and financial clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging from small, domestic deals to large, complex, multi-national carve-outs valued at upwards of $5 billion.
Freddy's experience and keen eye for detail have been instrumental in leading teams and advising clients through the complexities of transactions. Throughout his career, Freddy has navigated the intricacies of transactions across various sectors including technology, professional services, consumer products, industrial products and manufacturing, automotive, and chemicals.
Freddy started his career in the Detroit office of PricewaterhouseCooper’s audit assurance practice dedicated to public audit clients in the automotive sector. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Professional Management with an emphasis in accounting from Albion College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Michigan.
Greg worked in the Transaction Advisory Services division at BDO USA, LLP prior to joining SCA Transaction Services in 2019. He has experience in data analysis, data modeling, quality of earnings analyses and normalized working capital analyses. Greg began his career in 2015 as an Assurance Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working on public and private company audits for companies within the energy and information technology sectors.
Greg earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, Carter worked in the Transaction Services group at RSM. At RSM, his work included both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, pro forma financial statement projections, and business valuation, primarily in the healthcare industry. Carter began his career in the assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, working on public company audits within the financial services and insurance sectors.
Carter earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Colorado.
Chris joined SCA Transaction Services in 2019, after working in the Transaction Advisory Services division of BDO USA, LLP for over three years. During his time at BDO, he provided financial due diligence services on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, covering a variety of industries, including oil field services and manufacturing. Prior to joining BDO, Chris began his career at Ernst and Young, serving in the assurance group, performing financial statement audits as well as a variety of other assurance services.
Chris earned a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, both from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Prior to joining SCA Transaction Services, Roman worked in the financial due diligence group at KPMG where he was involved in numerous buy-side and sell-side engagements in several industries including residential HVAC, liquid waste solutions, and retail, among others. Roman began his career at BDO USA, LLP in audit and is also fluent in Spanish.
Roman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
With over 25 years of deal experience and 33 years of public accounting knowledge, Mike has been involved with over 900 transactions, ranging in size from less than $1 million to over $10 billion.
Prior to founding Sprock Capital Advisory LLC, Mike was an audit partner and one of the founders of the Transaction Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mike founded Sprock Capital Advisory LLC in 2001.
Mike graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration and was designated an Arjay Miller Scholar for graduating in the top 10% of his class. He performed his undergraduate work at the University of Missouri where he earned a BSBA, summa cum laude, with an emphasis in accounting and economics.
